Have we told you yet all the things you can do in our ATMs?

You can use our ATMs to carry out many different transactions and operations at any time of the day or night, because they are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The most commonly-used options are cash withdrawals and balance and movement inquiries..

However, there are many other things you can do also, some of which you may find particularly useful:

  1. Recharge your mobile phone

If you have a pre-pay sim card for your mobile phone, you can recharge it in our ATMs. You will receive a real-time confirmation of the operation on your phone. Quick and easy!

  2. Make transfers to your own account

You can transfer the balance available on your credit card to your savings or current account in order to cover any unexpected outlays.

In our ATMs, this transaction is called 'Traspaso a cuenta'.

  3. Order transfers

If you need to transfer money to a person or company, you can do so anytime, anywhere, using our ATMs. All you need are the 20 digits of the recipient's account number.

  4. Recharge your virtual card

If you want purchase items over the Internet and are the holder of a virtual card, you can recharge it from your account using our ATMs.

  5. Make cash deposits

If you need to pay cash into your account, you can do so directly using one of our ATMs, simply by selecting the option 'operaciones sin tarjeta' (cardless operations) and 'Ingreso en cuenta' (Account deposit).

  6. Make DIMO withdrawals

You can also take money out of our ATMs without the need for a card, thanks to our DIMO service. Simply enter the amount of cash you wish to send and the telephone number of the recipient. DIMO will send an SMS message containing a safety code to that telephone, and the recipient can withdraw the cash from any ATM offering this option.

Once inside the application, you can consult the location of nearby DIMO-enabled ATMs before sending the message.

  7. Top up your credit card balance

If, over the last month, you have made several purchases and your credit card is almost maxed out, you can top it up from your account so you can keep using it.

  8. Pay your bills and taxes

If you need to pay a bill that is not automatically debited to your account, you can do so using one of our ATMs, simply by entering the four pieces of information the machine will request and which can be found on the bill or tax notice.
